📦 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as you received it
• In its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at contact@zoomatepetlife.com with your order number and reason for return.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We're happy to help. Just send us an email and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
